Signalong needs you!

You can help Signalong in a number of ways, some of which won't cost you a penny (although we do need your money as well…)

• You can join the charity as a member.   Full membership, with voting rights, costs a minimum of £60 per year (more if you can afford it – some members contribute £20 per month).   Associate membership is £24 per year.   Please call or email Mike Kennard (0845 450 8423 / mkennard@signalong.org.uk) for a standing order form.  

• Make a donation to help us to keep providing the resources and support which so many individuals and families need.   We can take credit/debit card payments by telephone or you can send us a cheque for whatever you can afford.   If you are a UK tax payer you can increase the value of your donation by 25% if you declare it as Gift Aid.  You can also donate via the webshop at

• Let us know about exhibitions and conferences in your area – if we can fit them into the timetable we will come and show the Signalong range.   It's one thing to read in a catalogue or see on the website what Signalong has to offer, but seeing is believing.   We can also provide speakers for conferences and run workshops and inset days.   Please contact Mike (details above)

• Are you a wizard computer programmer?  Or a good cartoonist with access to Adobe Illustrator?   We desperately expert need help in these areas.   Please contact Kay (0845 450 8426 / kmeinertzhagen@signalong.org.uk) to offer assistance

• If you're reading this you have some experience in the field of communication and special needs, either as a family member or a professional.   If you live within reasonable travelling distance of North Kent, would you consider joining the Signalong Board of Trustees?   Please contact Mike for details of the "job" description (out of pocket expenses only, sorry).
