Terms and Conditions | Free Sign Library Subscription for Parents

  1. This offer is available to parents of children who would benefit from, or require, sign-supported communication
  2. Applicants must provide supporting evidence to demonstrate their child’s need for, or benefit from, sign-supported communication. This may include relevant pages of an EHCP or written confirmation from a school, settings or appropriate professional.
  3. Only the relevant information needed to demonstrate eligibility should be provided. Please do not send a full EHCP if the relevant pages are sufficient. Please note, we will not store or save the EHCP.
  4. All applicants will be reviewed by Signalong and are subject to our discretion. Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance, and Signalong reserves the right to determine eligibility based on the evidence provided.
  5. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively. If a Premium Sign Library subscription was purchased before the start date of this offer, Signalong is unable to backdate the offer or provide a refund for that subscription.
  6. Once an application has been approved by Signalong, the applicant will be asked to purchase the 12-month Premium subscription for £33. Signalong will then refund the full £33 cost to the original payment method.
  7. Applicants must not purchase a Premium Sign Library subscription until Signalong has confirmed that their application has been approved.
  8. Signalong cannot refund subscriptions purchased before approval has been confirmed.
  9. The offer provides 12 months of Premium Sign Library access, including up to 10 sign searches per month
  10. The subscription does not automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period.
  11. The offer is limited to one free 12-month subscription per eligible child/family and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
  12. By applying, applicants confirm that the information and supporting evidence they provide is accurate and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined.
  13. Signalong reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.
